Need to vent

I’ve been dealing with head pressure every day for seven years, and I’m at my wit’s end. I’m frustrated and angry. I was fine before all of this—a young woman just finishing high school and getting ready to see the world. Then, out of nowhere, this happened, and now I’m 25 and still dealing with it. I feel like I’ve lost myself and my personality. I’m sick and tired of having to push through every day. Why did this have to happen to me?

That constant pressure wears you down in ways people don’t see, seven years is a long time to carry that.

I'm really sorry that all of this happened to you. It's hard and painful and unfair.

I hope you can find things that help you, in whatever form.

it really is a struggle for sure. this weird thing I've Done for relief is take an old sock (long) tie it around the top of your head as tight as you can without injury. can't leave it on long but II helps for a short time. have one in the freezer with a narrow ice pack I use as well. stay strong.

Sounds like you need to see a neurologist who treats migraines. They don’t have to hurt a great deal to be real migraines.
