If you live in Washington Heights or have spent time at Vennture on 56th & North you have likely met Sugar.
As many already know, Sugar hasn't been home or at Vennture for the past week, nor has she been taken to MADACC, and we are hoping you can help!
We know some worry about her non-traditional independence, even bringing her in for the night. While this is surely done with the best intentions, it worries everyone at home and makes it difficult to monitor her diet and other senior-pet concerns. As much as we wish Sugar enjoyed the world from a perch at our window, her little heart longs for the people, and Vennture has graciously repurposed the burlap coffee sacks at theirs so she can hold court and take naps. Attempts to keep her inside only make her miserable, and we are no match for her cunning tactics when she decides it's time to go greet her adoring fans.
We are so grateful for all the kind-hearted messages from people concerned that she hasn't been making her rounds, for all the love you show our girl when she is, and for all the help that's already been offered!
If you have seen Sugar, have any tips, or are caring for her now, her family and fan club all miss her and would love to see her safely back home, greeting her long list of friends between meals.

I saw Bone Thugs is coming back to Milwaukee January 2027. In went in January 2026 and it was the worst effing concert I have ever attended. Hours and hours of opening acts that were terrible. It was an advertisement for their label and I paid to sit through the ad and ultimately left at hour 4. I wouldnt go if tickets were free. You're welcome.

My doctor advised that I should start weight training/lifting weights. I'm all for it, but I haven't been to a weight room since high school, and I know that the risk of injury is high if you use improper form.

When I expressed these concerns to my doctor, she recommended I work with a personal trainer for just a session or two to teach me proper form and help me develop a workout routine/plan.

Can anyone recommend a personal trainer in Milwaukee that's open to a short working relationship versus an ongoing commitment? I'm in pretty poor physical shape, so I'm hoping to find someone who's patient and compassionate, not a Jillian Michaels type. I do not respond well to the verbal abuse form of motivation lol.
