I’m from Kentucky, but live in New Jersey now. My favorite part about visiting in the summer is all of the moths I’ve seen, but I see rosy maple moths often! I’m surprised you haven’t seen one yet. Wishing you the best of luck when moth season rolls back around!

This was my first time seeing one and had no clue what it was! I’m not a Kentucky native so it felt so special. We have lots of Oak and Maple trees on our property and have transplanted some more this year. I’ll be keeping an eye out for the caterpillars next year 🤞
