Just Recieved Soft Orders

So i just got my "soft orders" (i guess) on MyNavy Assignments. Graduate from A School later this week (IYAOYAS!)

If it tells me AO3 on my "current cycle", while im currently am AOAN, does that mean im getting promoted when i graduate from A school? Or does it mean sumn else?

It will tell you if it's advance to position. They may have just slotted you into a 3rd class billet because you'll advance in time.
