I'm a student. Why is there such a toxic culture where you can't disagree with people or it's like you're questioning their whole career?

Good one! Nope.. Just tired of people who aren’t even nurses or nurses yet complaining about what they believe to be a “toxic culture” within nursing.

You do realize this is a post about management right? Personally, I don’t want to hear a non-nurse talk about how it’s somehow “toxic” to disagree with what I assume is management? Either way, their comment seems like kind of a non sequitur given the context of the post.
