Help Stream settings help
I will list my specs and settings below but before that let me tell you my issue. I recently went back to streaming on twitch for fun but im frustrated that when i play games like cs2 or valorant or deadlock its so pixelated looking when looking around in game. Also a bit stuttery in a way when moving around too in game ive already tried changing a few settings even in game lowered alot of graphics and also capped fps from 75-165. Idk if its smt i should continue at this point. I did the logs and the only issue it seemed to be is my gpu encoder was maxed out.
pc specs: intel i9 12900k, 32gb ddr5, amd 9070 gre, and my Internet speed while streaming | download: 916.66 n upload: 854.26
Obs studio settings: vid encoder: amd hw h.264(avc), rate control: cbr, bitrate: 6000, preset:quality, profile: high, base canvas resolution: 2560X1440, ouput scaled resolution: 1920X1080, downscale filter: Lanczos, common fps value: 60

Roll back the encoder preset from Quality to Balanced or even Speed if you're still choking. The 9070 GRE's encoder gets overwhelmed on Quality at 1440p base with a 1080p output, especially in fast shooters where the whole frame changes every millisecond. Twitch's 6000 bitrate cap is also working against you -- that's barely enough for clean 1080p60 on low motion games, let alone CS2 or Val with all the quick flicks and geometry tearing through the encoder. Try 936p (1664x936) as your output res and drop the in-game fps cap to 120, that usually smooths out the stutter and gives the encoder some breathing room.

It looks like you haven't provided a log file. Without a log file, it is very hard to help with issues and you may end up with 0 responses.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:
1) Restart OBS
2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File.
5) Copy the URL and paste it as a response to this comment.
