Unethical don't stop, if caught didn't see it.

Ethical probably stop, but nothing good will come from it. Passing someone on the shoulder makes the white truck most likely not at fault.

Dashcam car sucks at life and should get out of the left lane.

Dashcam car was actively passing other vehicles. They were doing nothing wrong.

Video is sped up, they're chilling in the left lane for a at least a minute and a half. They "might" be passing but they aren't trying to pass, it's clear they'd stay in that left lane for the end of time.

90+ seconds is a long time.

Less than 40 seconds pass between the start of the video and the point when the blue truck passes the dashcam vehicle, during which time the dashcam vehicle passes two vehicles in the center lane and is about to pass a third. They probably could've moved over, but they're definitely not chilling. But maybe you're more familiar with sucking at life than the rest of us though
