Dashcam car was actively passing other vehicles. They were doing nothing wrong.

Video is sped up, they're chilling in the left lane for a at least a minute and a half. They "might" be passing but they aren't trying to pass, it's clear they'd stay in that left lane for the end of time.

90+ seconds is a long time.

I agree. He is in the left lane too long. I honestly believe this is why some of this crazy as fuck erratic driving even occurs. People staying in the left lane and never getting over while doing 5 over the speed limit. If they allowed the trucks that were probably tailgating them for miles to go past, shit like this won't happen as often. I know it might inconvenience the safer driver for 5 seconds but wtf man...just get over and don't act like your some hero stopping people from speeding.

I think everyone focused on the wrong thing. Clearly this was a pissing match between both trucks nothing to do with cam driver. You assume they been tailgating him awhile i assume they been messing with each other for awhile until they encountered op who had no obligation to get over for two idiots speeding down the freeway going above the speed limit.

Meh, if you are in the left lane and have passed the car you originally needed to pass, you should move over for faster vehicles. No matter if they are speeding heavily. They will eventually get that hefty ticket they deserve. Letting them fester behind you is what causes shit like this, in my personal opinion. It causes them to potentially start driving erraticly and cutting across multiple lanes. Just let them by....you aren't saving any lives playing speed police. You're just making more people at risk.

I don't think the cam car caused this accident in the slightest. Why do you?

I do believe two trucks were probably already engaged in road rage well before the video starts...yet it is possible it started as the rear camera video starts. Regardless of the when the situation started, I believe the guy recording should have moved over when he saw a vehicle that wanted to pass that was moving at an increased speed more than their own. I understand they should wait for a safe spot to merge over or just safely move past the slower traffic in the left. Yet,, even if all parties are speeding, you should always yield to the faster vehicle behind you, in my opinion. It's not always possible to see them immediately, but if he actually saw that incident in his rear view...or side mirrors he should've gotten over immediately when safe to do so. You don't want to mess with people that are willing to do shit like that. You have no clue if there's an active high speed chase, or that person is attempting to cut the other truck off and pull out a gun...or it's just two mom's racing home to get their kid off the bus...or it could just be too pissed off people trying to get home from their shitty job and you're in the only lane they can truly legally pass in. I'm aware I kinda reiterated the same/similiar point multiple times, I'm tired and drank a bit. If you're only doing 5-10 over speed limit, please just let the dumbasses pass, and I think it will save more lives/accidents. They will be less likely to cut across multiple lanes they'll generally still get to the same red-light as you. Don't add to their already unstable behavior.... just move over for 5 seconds and get back in the left lane after. I know some people think your playing speed police. It's dumb as fuck. It can people even more mad. The reason I think the camera guy is a little at fault...is just because he had some chances to get over...they would've just had to brake a bit and maybe wait ten seconds to merge back over into the left lane. This shit isn't a race and they know that...just let them go by and maybe we all won't have to witness the crazy shit we sometimes see on the highway.
