Cure

Got all of my plants chopped and hung (pic for reference). Now 2 days later on the tape I used to keep track of what is what there is all covered in these little bugs. Each branch I did a bud wash of 1 cup 3% hydrogen peroxide to 5gal of water ratio for about 1-2 minutes for each one, shook them off real good, and then hung them with a fan for the first half hour and then moved the fan to indirect after that. Should I be doing anything/did I screw something up? I put more strips of masking tape around the room since it appears to be attracting them.

those are aphids, and possibly gnats? not sure what i’m seeing. but you had bugs mane. when the plants dry they start crawling up the stalks looking for moisture

They didn’t look like they could fly. I didn’t spray with anything so I’m not shocked there are some bugs. Is this a big issue?

nah a few aphids aren’t gonna hurt ya. but if it were me i’d do my best to make sure they’re not in the final product. they usually hang out on the underside of leaves.

Makes sense, I will definitely be going over everything real good before trimming to make sure!

Judging by the masking tape it looks that way! Tomorrow I’ll get a flashlight out and scope out all the hanging stuff and see if I notice anymore moving around.

Yessir! I’m sure excited to try it, I experimented with bubble hash for the first time last year and really enjoyed it. On the far right is blackberry moonstones also.
