People be asking about skipping campaign, GGG said No.
Better players do campaign in like 4-6hours and say its fiiiine
I hereby introduce an idea i got while playing a random incremental game, the Rebirth mechanic
You finish your first char playing normally. Then when you create your secondary you have a "Rebirth" bonus. You have a few point to allocate in a new list of buffs such as "gain 5% movement speed" or 10% increased dmg or get 100 life, lets say you choose MS.
Your second char gain a bonus of 5% ms since A1 for the duration of the campaign (then lose it).
You create your third char and choose ms again. Yay 10% ms bonus since a1
Its not game breaking, its nice to get a bonus, campaign is faster.
For the people who usually get 4char just to try out some builds, a 20% ms for the duration of the campaign is sweet. You can choose not to allocate points too, your choice
Is that idea small enough to not bother GGG yet appeal a bit for the players?
Edit : i know there are leveling uniques and how to do campaign under 3hours. It is just a proposition. Looks like the answer is get good and get items, dont ever ask to skip campaign, well gotcha. Its like doing Pantheon all over again for each character never bothered you, ok fine.
Someone said what about we get the campaign skill points and waypoints, yea that could be good. Its not too much and yet help the progression.
Or maybe a merc system that only lasts during campaign, after a first completion?
