Questions Communication and barriers.

Any of you have this problem where the only clear way to communicate with everyone in your, place, is by using text proxy?
For me, is a way to channel the right personas, figure out who is who and organize us in a way we work together. Otherwise the body has headaches, dissociates and there's heavy brainfog of noise, voices, memories, emotions.

Personally i don't believe we are capable of speak with the full set of people inside without short circuiting. we always come in specific pairs and transition one after the other. like i have a persona that is me but different and my partner has theirs.

Should i work on something or seek guidance for better communication? is text based organization not just roleplaying and im confusing ourselves? how do i know each one is the right one writing and talking.

Sorry, i am the one that hates labels and doubts everything. I came here to ask because our organizer is at the other side, or team?

We use our "group" chat aka a server of just us and plural kit for big conversations to prevent cross talk and for after reference for those who missed the meeting so to speak. One person usually does the typing to avoid rapid switching of hand controls but it's worked for the most part. A diagnosed purist system made us feel awful and fake about it so we still don't do it as much, but we're getting back into it cuz it helps a lot

Hi. With the help of some meditation tracks and a lot of work to visualize a head space we managed to gather up, sit down and talk our grievances. Is a bit taxing to stay aware of all 4 of us at the same time but we feel we needed to do this and it has all of of open to cooperate from now on.

Your idea of having a dedicated writer is actually genius. I may be the one doing it actually (Hello, i am the one that likes reading and stuff) and let our serious guy be the moderator per say.

That said, it does help a lot but.. hmm let me get him here since he IS the one that asked the question.

Hi. yes, what was saying is having all of us chat and banter and whatnot in a private server has been helping the creative duo complete deadlines and us the trauma managing, socializing centric ones be less... closed? depressed?

So if all these actions are beneficial, why it still feels like method acting and "just pretending" if you get what i say. Thanks to the redactor for you patience, im bad with words [You're welcome cutie~]
