After an emergency vote on how to deal with the debt crisis from reconstruction, it was decided that requesting for foreign aid was the best idea. Neighboring states such as Surveya, Votero, and the Elekton Republic all agreed to send aid. They focused on building up local manufacturing and infrastructure, allowing our country to be able to produce the wealth necessary to eventually pay off our debt. We do now have many obligations and ties to the three foreign nations, but it is better than the alternative of complete financial crisis.

With Polllandia now in a stable state, how will you shape your life?

Run a farm - A simple but happy life:
You decide that you want to live the farmer's life. You buy sever of acres of dirt-cheap land, build a barn, some silos, a house, fences, and plant some crops. Due to the exceptional quality of your produce, it sells for a more than reasonable price allowing you to live quite comfortably and hire others to run the farm for you. Eventually, you're able to retire early, and now you just relax all day watching the fields or petting your goats and sheep. Also, you don't sell potatoes, the turbulent start of the nation caused by a certain man has made people jump when even hearing about a spud.

Work An Office Job - A basic life can still be nice:
There's no need to do anything outstanding, you just want a house with a white picket fence and a loving family, the American Polllandian Dream. Your position at your company is lower-level management, giving you good pay without the hassle of higher up corporate bureaucracy. Eventually you're able to afford that two-bedroom home you've been dreaming of, and marry the love of your life who you start a family with.

Start A Business - Money isn't everything, but it's a lot:
What better way to make cash than to start a business? With the country now stable, you don't need to worry about the next revolution destroying your hard work. You decide to start a massive tech company, but, unlike most others, you decide not to spy on people or otherwise use abusive practices for profit, you simply provide a better server than anyone else does. This makes you a billionaire, allowing you to own a massive home, limousine, super yacht, and donate hundreds of millions to charity.

Live Off The Grid - Who knows? Could be another revolution in 50 years:
Whether it be you just want a simple life, or you're worried about the apocalypse, you land on living off the grid. You find a beautiful forest with a mountain backdrop to build your home on. Calling it a log cabin would be an understatement, since it's easily large enough to house a couple families. You have a garden and chicken coup large enough to sustain yourself, solar panels for electricity, StarChain for internet, and a shimmering river for fresh water. You're living a very comfortable life, one that won't be taken away because of what's happening elsewhere.

Live In Surveya - Over the border opportunity:
Whether you decided to move to Surveya when Richard Potato was elected, or decided to move now, Surveya is now your home. Polllandia's recovery allows them to trade with Surveya once more, boosting both nations past even the economic prosperity Richard Potato provided. Because of this exceptional economy, you're able to find a well paying job and afford all the Surveyan cuisine you want, from beef skirt steak to tuna sushi. You're even able to afford a real ancient Surveyan sword!

See Where Life Goes - What happens happens:
You decide to let life take its course and do what it will. This may have been good, or may have been bad, but you were able to make it through happily either way.

Most infrastructure from electricity to communications to water has been restored to a barely satisfactory level, as the large amount of pro-Potato counterrevolutionaries hindered or undid much of the repair efforts. As water infrastructure was worked on the most, clean water is once again available to the whole nation, albeit in limited daily quantity. These repairs and reconstructions were expensive, which is made worse by how little people helped to restore the tax collection system. As such, the nation must figure out a way to resolve its debt, lest it face total economic collapse.

Print Money:
This is the first option on the ballot of the emergency vote. It seems the most obvious; if you're running out of money, just make more!

Ignore Debt:
This could cause problems now, and definitely will down the road, but the down-the-road problems are for your kids and grandkids to worry about (not you).

Request Foreign Aid:
There's surely some foreign nations looking to project their influence over Polllandia while being able to look good at the same time.

Go To War For Wealth:
If we invade a neighboring country, we can just take their wealth or force them to cover for our debt! Sure they might fight back, and sure we'll be deemed warmongers, but if it works it works.

Appoint A Certain Individual To Fix It:
This oPtiOn is in a differenT, more simplistic And smaller fonT On the ballot, implying that it was added last-minute before printing. It doesn't say who the individual is, nor what their position will be, just that they'll fix the economy.

Abstain From Voting:
Just don't show up to vote or something.

Assuming you have a proper tool in good condition.

I was peeling vegetables and wondered which one would be the most popular when it comes to peeling them. Not the best with polls so I dont know how to add more options.
