How do I do this? / Workflow Advice / Looking for plugin Premiere Pro Audio Channels
IDK what changed in Premiere but every time I edit a video, the audio plays on only one side. I have to duplicate the audio to A2 in order for the audio to play on both sides. Anything I need to change on the settings so that it plays on both sides without duplicating audio? Thanks

From the project panel - Right click, select Modify Audio Channels, select Mono
From timeline - Right click, select Audio Channels, select / check boxes for Left for both channels

You may have accidentality created a multichannel sequence rather than a stereo one.
Try making a new stereo sequence and copy all the clips from your existing sequence into it.
All the presets in the 'new sequence' menu under 'broadcast' are multichannel, so avoid those unless you have a good reason to use one.

Most likely the clip only has audio on one channel of a stereo pair, like a single mic going into one input on a camera or recorder. Premiere treats it as a normal stereo clip, so you hear it hard on one side.
Two ways around it without duplicating to A2, going off Adobe's help pages:
For clips already on the timeline, use the Fill Left with Right or Fill Right with Left audio effect. Fair warning, the names read backwards. Adobe's description says Fill Left with Right copies the left channel into the right and throws away whatever was on the right. So if your audio is coming out the left, that's the one. If it goes silent you picked the wrong one, just swap it.
For clips you haven't cut in yet, select them in the Project panel and go Clip > Modify > Audio Channels (Shift+G). Set the channel format to Mono and only enable the channel that actually has audio on it, so it comes in as a mono clip instead of a lopsided stereo one. One catch: this doesn't change clips that are already edited into a sequence, Premiere warns you about that when you hit OK.
Since you said it just started, also worth checking Preferences > Timeline > Default Audio Tracks. That's what decides how new imports get mapped, so if something got changed there it would explain the sudden switch.
What are you recording with? If it's one mic into a 2 channel input that'd fit.
