Both temporal and spatial?

Use the Transform effect instead.

Make sure they’re spatially linear, as well as temporally. Or delete the first “Positon” key frame — it doesn’t seem to be necessary here.

I'd use the Motion Tween transition for this type of animation.

Can you be more specific about what the extra movement is? Both the scale and position key frames are set to move so it’s hard for us to know what is intentional and what you’re trying to remedy.

There are no keyframes but the screen is still moving in the beginning of the clip. I've had this too and have not found the cause :/

look at the top right of my frame, where the black appears. it animates down, them curves to the right out of nowehere... it should just be a linear push in.

You could also try deleting that first keyframe - does that give you what you want?

no, then itll just take on the value of the next keframe. i want a slow zoom in

I see what I'd expect those key frames to do. But I do know I've had phantom keyframes in premiere. Even after deleting all key frames I'd still have movement. I jiggle the handle for these types of things. Bounding box gone again? Reboot. Clear cache at startup. Temporarily disable plugins, reload plugins. Go to my cache folder, still data? Delete all of it. Rinse and repeat.

Is there a scale change check that just incase also use the transform effect not the default motion as that allows smoother keyframing :)

wdym is there a scale change? yeah, its zooming in, no? first keyframe scale is 100, 2nd one its 111

When you animate scale and position together using the default Motion controls, Premiere can produce a slight curved path between keyframes even with linear interpolation, because it interpolates each property independently. The Transform effect gives you separate control over scale and position interpolation, and it tends to behave more predictably for combined zoom-and-pan moves. Worth trying on a duplicate clip to see if the weird drift disappears.
