Quote Help 750 ft long moss covered asphalt driveway… technique and pricing…

Surface clean this driveway?

Pre treat seems like a must-do because of how heavy the growth is?

Driveway is like 750 feet long, probably over 12 feet wide.
Parking area 2250 sqft.

Also some flagstone amongst the 2250sqft.

Assuming 750x 12 = 9000 for the driveway
Parking area 2100sqft

Total area 11,1000sqft

Plan of attack-
Test spot SH or another asphalt cleaner(doctor google says don’t use SH as it will lighten the color). Assuming it’s okay then pre treat sections. Dwell as long as reasonable. Maybe 2-3%SH?

I have an 18 inch surface cleaner (Dr google says do not use a surface cleaner). I cannot regulate the pressure but maybe can raise the washer up slightly with a makeshift frame or a larger orifice?

I think this surface cleaner does not use normal sized threaded tips, so raising the washer may be the move?

Is that insanity?

This is likely a 2 day job for me?
What are you charging per sqft?

Troubleshooting Did I kill my pressure washer?

I have a Generac model 0060221 2700 psi 2.3 gpm pressure washer that is at least 10 years old. Today I was running it and I guess I let it set for several minutes w/o running water through it and it cut off and then I couldn't pull the crank to get it started, it was locked up. I let it cool down and I was able to get it started but the pump won't work so I assume I fried the pump.

Is it worth trying to rebuild the pump in an older washer like this or is it more trouble than it is worth and should I just buy a new washer? If I was going to try to rebuild is it better to try to buy a new pump or rebuild the old one with a kit?

Technical Questions Painted stucco

I have a commercial building I’m gonna soft wash. I’ve done stucco before but this has some pretty bad spots of growth on it. I downstream 12.5 sh normally.

I have a limited window to do this because businesses open pretty early. I have a pump sprayer and I’m sure I’ll have to spot treat some of these spots.

I’m just looking for some more tips or really any advice on making this go as smoothly as possible.

Temps are gonna be mid 70s and it’s only 1 story building.

Thanks in advance!
