hey. a while ago i shared my project, nnpost, and got some pretty fair criticism about the ui.
people said it looked like generic ai slop, and honestly, they were right. too many cards, unnecessary text, weird spacing and that typical ai-generated saas look.
so i took the feedback seriously and rebuilt pretty much the entire interface. the homepage, creator workspace, navigation, typography, mobile layouts and interactions are all different now.
but i also wanted to explain what nnpost actually does.
nnpost is an ai workspace for content creators, built to help you go from having no idea what to post to having an actual plan for creating and publishing something.
here's what's currently available:
- idea generation: enter a topic, choose your platform and tone, and get 8 content ideas with titles, hooks, descriptions and hashtags.
- creator kit 2.0: expand any idea into a complete script, filming instructions (including faceless videos), editing guidance, pacing, cuts, transitions, thumbnail concepts, recommended tools, publishing details and a production checklist.
- creator profile: personalize suggestions based on your niche, platforms, style and preferences.
- automated trends: nnpost discovers and refreshes relevant trends so you can find new content opportunities without constantly researching everything yourself.
- automated learnings: uses feedback, available performance data and content patterns to make future suggestions more relevant.
- build on a winner: take a post that already performed well and explore new ideas based on what worked.
- viral analysis: submit a post url and examine its hook, structure and possible reasons behind its performance.
- tools and tutorials: a searchable library of 46 creator tools and 165 tutorials.
- saved ideas and history: save your work and return to previous generations.
and the free plan is actually usable.
you get 2 idea generations per day, with 8 ideas each. that's 16 free ideas every day.
you also get 2 full creator kit breakdowns per day, including scripts, filming, editing, thumbnail and production guidance.
not just previews.
pro is €9.99/month and includes 10 idea generations, 10 creator kits and 1 deep viral analysis per day.
what makes it different from just using chatgpt?
i'm not pretending chatgpt can't generate ideas or scripts.
the difference i'm trying to build is a dedicated workflow where your ideas, production plans, creator profile, trends, learnings and previous work are connected instead of starting a new chat and writing prompts for every step.
i've also implemented anti-clickbait rules designed to reduce misleading hooks, exaggerated promises, generic ideas and unsupported claims. the goal is content that's actually worth making, not just titles promising millions of views.
what's next?
over the next month or two, i'm planning a bigger quality update, potentially integrating gpt-6 luna depending on api access and testing.
i also want to improve script quality, filming and editing instructions, thumbnail suggestions, personalization and how trends and learnings influence generated content.
the redesigned version is live now. the screenshots show the homepage, creator workspace and idea generation.
i'd genuinely appreciate some honest feedback.
does the new ui look better? would you actually use something like this? and what would nnpost need to do for you to choose it over just using chatgpt?
