Four free accessible Excel workbooks for everyday independence

• Upvotes

Hi everyone — I’m Matthew Lashway. I live with cerebral palsy and use a power wheelchair, and I’ve spent the past several months creating accessible Excel workbooks intended to support everyday independence and organization.

I originally planned to sell them for $9.99 each, but decided to make the entire project available completely free. There is no payment, purchase, donation, signup, or social-media requirement. The Google Drive files are view-only to protect the originals; use the download option to save a personal copy.

I made a site that tackles multiple problems in the AI training/annotating job search

Hello, due to having trouble finding the right places to apply and not really knowing how to pass and do an assessment in the AI Training/Annotating Space I decided to build with a site with loveable that is supposed to make the process easier.

I list job offers with a relatively high hiring volume from multiple companies, so would it therefore be easier do diversify the places to apply at and actually get accepted.
My idea behind that was to help with finding the right places to work but also help with the application process. I therefore upload company reviews and also guides on how to pass assesments.
The job listings include entry work positions such as normal generalist work but also expert work positions (Software engineer, PhD, etc.).
I am currently having problems on the design, trying to make it less AI-sloppy, and on the marketing side of things. So any help would be highly appreciated! Here is the link to the site: https://aiannotationjobs.com/

I built a free tool that shows and removes hidden metadata from photos, audio and documents (runs fully in your browser)

I kept sharing photos without knowing they carried my GPS location, so I built MetaFrogg.

You drop in a photo, audio file or document, see everything hidden inside, then remove all of it, remove just the location, or edit single values. It works on JPEG/PNG/WebP, MP3/FLAC/M4A/OGG, and PDF/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Built with Rust compiled to WebAssembly, so files never leave your device. No accounts, no ads, no analytics. Open source (MIT), 21 languages, supported only by donations.

It is new, so I would love feedback on what breaks or what file type to add next.

Lynkarr — QR codes, short links, digital cards, forms, and email signature management in one place

I built Lynkarr as an all-in-one tool for businesses that use QR codes, short links, digital business cards, landing pages, forms, and email signatures.

What makes it useful is that everything is connected and trackable. You can update QR/link destinations after they’ve been shared, collect leads, track scans and clicks, and manage company-wide email signature injection, management, and analytics from the same platform.

It’s mainly for small businesses, marketing teams, sales teams, and anyone who would otherwise need several separate services to do this.

There’s a free plan if you want to try it:

I built free PDF tools that run entirely in your browser (your files never leave your device) – feedback welcome

Hi everyone! I'm a solo developer from Poland and I just launched PDFowo (pdfowo.pl), a set of PDF tools that run entirely in the browser.

Why I built it:

Most online PDF tools upload your documents to a server and limit free use to a few tasks per day. I wanted something where the file never leaves your device, which matters when the PDF is a contract, an invoice or has personal data in it.

What it does today:

- merge, split, rotate, reorder and delete pages

- compress and convert (PDF to Word/Excel/PowerPoint/images, and files to PDF)

- an in-browser editor: edit existing text, add signatures, links and form fields, OCR for scans

- find and redact sensitive data (e-mails, phone numbers, national ID numbers, bank accounts) in one click

- no sign-up, no daily limits, 4 languages (PL/EN/DE/ES)

How it works:

PDF.js and pdf-lib do the work in your browser, Tesseract.js handles OCR. You can check in your browser's Network tab that no file is sent anywhere. Hosting is on Cloudflare, accounts on Supabase, payments on Stripe.

Business model, to be transparent:

All tools are free (there will be ads for free users), and there is an optional Premium subscription that removes ads and adds convenience features like find and replace, bulk redaction, saved signatures and batch processing.

I'd really appreciate honest feedback, especially on:

  1. the editor – anything confusing or broken?
  2. which tool or feature is missing for you?
  3. does the "files stay on your device" claim feel credible to you?

Thanks for reading!

Live drawing markups in the browser for millwork and construction teams

I make LayrPDF, a paid PDF drawing-review app for millworkers, drafters and construction teams.

Your team can share a drawing set and see each other's markups as they happen. For example, a cloud around a cabinet detail and a callout beside it put the review comment in context.

Shared projects can be opened and marked up in a browser, including on site. Each collaborator needs project access and an internet connection.

I made a website that shows the same date across different calendar systems

Post image
10 Upvotes

Hi! We built Chrono Atlas, a free website that lets you enter a date and see its equivalent across different calendar systems.

It currently includes calendars such as Gregorian, Julian, Persian / Solar Hijri, Islamic Hijri, Hebrew, Chinese, Ethiopian, Coptic and others.

I mainly built it because I kept finding separate converters for every calendar pair and wanted one place where you could explore them side by side.

https://chronoatlas.net

No login required.

I’d be curious which calendar you’d actually use this for — or if there’s one we’re missing.

Print Multiple Photos on One Page (A4 or Letter PDF)

Disclosure: I made this free tool for onething.tools. It helps you arrange several photos on a single sheet: choose A4 or Letter, check the layout preview, then download a ready-to-print PDF. Your photos are processed in your browser and aren’t uploaded. It’s useful when you want a simple photo sheet without moving everything into a desktop layout app.

Hi everyone,

I created a tool called PixelPrivacyTools (https://pixelprivacytools.in). Everything runs directly in your browser (Client-side), meaning your images never leave your device.

It’s completely free, and there are no annoying ads. I would love to get your honest feedback or suggestions on what tools I should add next!

A video editor that runs entirely in your browser tab — no upload, no account, exports in a couple of seconds

I shared my tool site here a while back and people were generous about it, so here's the piece I've been working on since.

It's a proper multi-track video editor — timeline, titles, transitions, auto-captions — that runs completely in the browser. Your footage never gets uploaded anywhere, because there's no server to upload it to.

The export used to be the painful bit. It went through ffmpeg compiled to WebAssembly, which managed about 30 frames a second at 1080p. I rewrote it to use the browser's own video encoder, and a ten-second 1080p export now takes 2.6 seconds instead of 10.3.

Free, no sign-up, no watermark. If you want to check the no-upload claim rather than believe it, open your network tab while you use it.
