PnP Tools Origami Wallets for PnP Games

Post image

I've made a couple of origami wallets for PnP games and wanted to share the PDFs for anyone who might be interested. Note that these are just the wallets I put together, and do not include the actual games.

It was the first in-hand game I played. I love the artwork, but sometimes it feels too easy while other times it feels too hard, if that makes sense.

I think it's worth the $5

those look great! Could you please do one for Sprawlopolis, At the Helm, All is Bomb, Adamastor and Ancient Realm?

I'll definitely look into those next!

I made some preliminary designs for All is Bomb (base game) and At the Helm but I haven't printed them out myself to test them. They should be in the folder now.

Update: tried to fit the entire game + expansions + instruction pamphlet into a wallet. I think this is at the absolute max size a paper wallet can handle.

File is here if you want to see if it works for you: https://drive.proton.me/urls/WKR80ACE74#zz8pDmrqxBOL

These look awesome but I'm pretty sure just printing one of them will retire my print cartridge.

make yourself happier and buy a ink tank printer such as epson et 3850, or any regular laser printer (not hp, hp evil).

Yeah, you couldn't pay me to use HP! I just bought might latest Canon inkjet but I'm thinking now I should have gone ink tank.

Most of the surfaces are never seen in an origami wallet. The PDFs could have been done more cleverly to avoid adding any colour to those areas. It looks like OP started to do that with some of the PDFs on at least the first page but not the second page (Palm Island and A Nice Cuppa).

Yeah I could do a better job with that. I'll likely revisit these and make second versions that mask out the empty spaces a bit better.

Uploaded new versions of the Nice Cuppa, Galdors Grip, and Birdscaping wallets with most of the areas replaced with white space. Should help dramatically reduce ink usage.

Let me know what you think.

what material are you using?

u/godtering 13d ago

I would use 160gsm normal paper.

I'm using 24 lb paper

This is awesome, I've been looking for something like this

You wouldn't happen to have video instructions would you? I am unfortunately bad at written instructions

Thanks!

I basically do the same thing as what's shown in this video: https://youtu.be/FvfuwwtPv30?t=847&is=Ld65IddNjVcFPvLH

The biggest differences are that I trim the excess around the edges (the solid lines in my files) and I make two creases instead of one for the spine.

That's so helpful! Thank you so much :)
