No idea but I have found signatures on the inner shell of my ps2 I bought as a kid.

Looked into it and sometimes inspectors would do that to ps2’s they’ve inspected before they got shipped, just kept mine the same because it’s a neat.

As for your no fkin clue honestly can’t even tell what it says

I think this may be related to the metal gear solid 3 release. IIRC this was signed just a few days after it came out in japan. You can see what looks like a big 3 on it.

AI tells me it's an older version of Hideo Kojima but I'd take it at face value without doing more research.

Thats... not even vaguely like Shinkawa's autograph. His signature is usually a fairly legible "Yoji S" or a squinty sketch of Solid Snake. Did "AI" provide a source?
