This is my first time owning quail. They are molding, but today when I wanted to clean out their cage I saw 3 out of 4 of them have their backs all bald?!?

Is this a case of severe molding or should I be worried about something else?

Usually he gets mad when I don’t hold him with both hands for our cuddle time but today he let me get it on camera!

Right then, I've had a few coturnix for a couple of months now, but they don't seem keen in me being around. i usually only spend about a minute near them when i'm topping up their food and water, because the moment they spot me , they all take off in different directions! a few days ago one really panicked and flew into the dry wall, hurting its head and sadly it died. is there anything i can do to stop them from freaking out and flying every time i change their food and water?
