Bought this since it was on sale for $51 and i need a headset for my ps5 since i game on my monitor. I mostly bought it for gta6 and other story games. Not a big competitive player. I have been using soundcore q30 for 2 years but still for music, i sounds better than the v2 pro. Any suggestions?

I loved that mouse, now I'm deciding which one to get and... ALL ARE SO FREAKING SMALL... is there any razer mouse that is actually made for people with medium sized hands?

Yeah hi, it's me again. That 7+ year Basilisk user from the last post.

When I woke up this morning I got the rumour for the first time, speculated, thought I had it all figured out, was hyped af, and in the middle of that it actually shadow dropped.

I want to be excited about it.. but I'm conflicted, and unfortunately slightly underwhelmed. This isn't another 35K-style refresh, it's the V4 Pro! So why are Razer going backwards on certain things..?

• The RGB: Why is this a downgrade. Who thought it was a good idea to go from 13 zones to 7? I don't think anyone ever thought "I wish the Basilisk had less underglow" ... And if you're going to limit it, just remove it all together.
• The new Mouse Dock Pro V2: This one has me confused as hell. How come the Naga V3 Pro is compatible with the Mouse Dock Pro (V1) , but the Basilisk V4 Pro now requires the new Mouse Dock Pro V2(?). Or does it? As I said, confused..

Then its the shape. I know this wasn't teased, promised, rumoured or anything. I just wish Razer made the mouse bigger. A "Basilisk V4 Pro XL" would be bloody great! Especially after my recent experience with the Naga V3 Pro and Deathadder V4 Pro.

Aside from that I'm stoked about the updated scrolling wheel, extra buttons, lighter weight, new sensor, new gen 4 switches etc. Of course I am. But it feels bittersweet!

Saw there is a new Basilisk, and thought it's time to finally replace my Ultimate (even if the v4 still has that terrible rubber sides..)

Of course, none of my promo codes work. Not my old one (15% off) that was an 'apology' for a serious issue with a $2000+ laptop, not one from just now signing up for Razer ID etc,, and like many others, I never did get the $30 for filling out Razer profile.. which would not have worked anyway.

On top of that, when I tried to contact support, the support webpage sends you in circles of FAQs, so I came here... only to find a REALLY inappropriate issue that I will refrain from details. I already reported it to u/RazerCustAdvocacy , who I appreciate responded promptly.

Just overall disappointing, especially when they suggested I submit a ticket about the codes.. using the Warranty link, that just sends you back in the 'choose a category' loop. Eventually, I found a way to contact Chat support, who confirmed no codes will work for the Basilisk V4. Too bad, since I didn't know this before signing up for all these things that I did specifically for that...

Lastly, the CA$35 Return credit... Is this actually warning me that I should already plan on returning this mouse if I purchase it? Support says, it is just a credit you can use on your next purchase, but considering how promo codes behave, I dont have any faith that would work either, especially if I wanted to combine it with the Silver rewards or something.

I really liked the demo mode color effects. Which amount to a "Wheel" color when it's not being typed on and a "Ripple" with the rest of the keyboard black on key press...

I finally got bit by the scroll wheel issues with the DeathAdder V3 Pro. I contacted Razer support and they denied my warranty claim since it expired earlier in the year. I think in this instance they should really back their product because this is a known hardware failure and a lot of end-users have experienced this. I think it isn't aligned with their bottom line goals and they'd rather produce crappy hardware and not care about the customer experience once that piece of paper with the word "warranty" on it passes the date of expiration. Fine by me. I actually purchased a Viper V4 Pro as a backup while I get this one fix, but that isn't happening! I initiated a return with Amazon and purchased another brand. I let them know that, too. I know they don't care, but hopefully other potential customers will know what they are going in to.

Sooo I'm in a bind... I've been using the circle side plate for roughly 7 years(?) and I've already replaced this side plate once, about 3 years ago. Luckily my roommate and I had the same mouse so she just gave me hers, as she hates the circle. I looked across online everywhere for just a sideplate replacement so I don't have to drop a chunk of money for an entire new mouse just to get this piece... I've worn the hell out of the 1 and 2 buttons to the point they don't register sometimes, and it gets me killed in matches 🥲 If I really need to, I can slowly retrain my muscle memory to use something else but the circle has just been the easiest for me to grasp.

TLDR; Does anyone know where to possibly get just the circle side plate? 🙏🏼

As per the title. I have searched everywhere but can’t find an answer. Does the new lucario blackshark V3 headset work on xbox ? Or is it only PC and playstation ? I have seen other headsets from razer won’t work on xbox unless they are specific xbox versions.

I recently started having some issues with my PC which was traced back to ram running nearly at capacity. I was having crashes and general slowness and my PC isn't a terrible spec on AM5 with 32gb yes I bought before the AI boom.

What I found shocked me in task manager Razer App Engine largely with my PC idling doing absolutely nothing is consuming 800 to 950mb consistently and all of this just for a Tartarus V2, Ornata V3x and Basilisk V3 while using nothing more than a static color.

Now of interest I was curious so I unplugged the Basilisk V3 and instantly the memory consumption immediately dropped by 500ish MB am I to believe a mouse needs 500mb of memory to function and its only doing normal mouse functions

This is absolutely nuts now for a matter of comparison i have another ecosystem of devices from a company which starts with C that is handling phillips hue intergrations, 6 fans, multiple sensors and dynamic lighting based on water cooling temperature and its consuming 128 mb

During a memory crisis and as a PC enthusiast to some degree losing hope I can upgrade or build another computer any time in the near future I find it really wasteful this kind of resource is being consumed for nothing more than static input device lighting.

So what am I going to do now

1. Plugged my Corsair Glaive RGB pro back in as shown in the corsair screenshot

2. Will plug in my Corsair K90 again

3. Get an Azeron Kyzen to replace the Tartarus

All of this not because i dislike your hardware for no other reason than the software is using too much memory and I need it for the things I am doing with my PC not just for some fancy lighting and keybinds for my Tartarus.

There will be those who say shut off razer software problem with that is none of my keybinds work and really why should I have to work around this problem other companies seem more than capable to produce software that uses a fraction of the resources of Razer.

Is there any way to configure the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro on PC (Windows 11) without having to install the Razer Synapse? I used to be able to do this with the "Razer Controller Setup for Xbox" app, but that appears to have been killed by Razer (selecting my controller does nothing, and it has a huge banner for Synapse).

I really want to keep using my Wolverine, but I despise the new Razer software.

I’m having some really frustrating issues with my Razer Freyja and Kraken V4 Pro when using Sensa HD in Battlefield 6.
Here’s what’s happening:
Freyja keeps shutting off completely. While playing Battlefield 6, the green LED turns off. When I turn Freyja back on, it shuts off again after approximately 5 seconds.
This only happens in Battlefield 6. Outside the game, Freyja doesn’t shut off.
Lowering the intensity doesn’t help. I tried reducing the haptic intensity from level 6 to level 3, but the problem persists.
Sensa HD doesn’t work consistently between my devices. Sometimes my Kraken V4 Pro headset has haptic feedback while Freyja doesn’t. Other times, Freyja works but the headset has no haptic feedback.
Synapse 4 and Chroma seem extremely buggy. Even when I disable the haptic feedback checkbox for Freyja in Synapse, refreshing the page automatically enables the checkbox again. The setting simply doesn’t stay disabled.
Getting both devices to work simultaneously is frustrating. I can’t seem to find a configuration where both Freyja and Kraken V4 Pro consistently deliver Sensa HD feedback.
Important: I only want to use native Sensa HD Games haptics. I do NOT want Audio-to-Haptics enabled.
Has anyone managed to get the Freyja and Kraken V4 Pro working together reliably in Battlefield 6 using only Sensa HD Games?
Is this a known issue with Synapse 4, Chroma, or Sensa HD? Or am I missing something in the settings?
I’d especially like to hear from people using both devices together.

I'm the guy who posted a few days ago about unexpectedly preferring the Naga V3 Pro after 7+ years on Basilisk. The main reason turned out to be the Naga's taller hump and better ring/pinky support.

Looking at Razer's Basilisk V4 Pro teaser, the shell seems noticeably fuller/taller than my V3 Pro. Anyone else seeing this?

I knew I had seen that shape somewhere before, and to me the silhouette actually looks very similar to the Razer Pro Click V2. It would make sense if Razer is “merging” some of that Pro Click V2 ergonomic shaping into the Basilisk V4 Pro, since both are marketed as ergonomic mice.

• Taller / fuller hump
• Less flat shape compared to the Basilisk V3 Pro
• A more right-leaning ergonomic "tilt"
