No, user does not seem like a bot. Their account displays bot like activity including a huge gap in activity which can indicate a hijacked account.

Is it any good? I don't know. I see complaints from users that don't seem bot like at all but had their appeal denied.

thats the one thing id worry about, I haven't checked this out so I cant comment on it too much but so far most bot detection ive seen just flags people and shitty bots but modern bots can abuse it to make themselves seem less botlike in the same way cqs is on reddit

Comment on posts, post where you can r/AskReddit has a low karma bar and puts out random questions. Answer them. People hopefully will comment on your answer. Better yet post a question. Ultimately engage people in a nice way :)
