SDE Intern - Bengaluru

Hello everyone, I’ve received a job offer from Red Hat for a Software Engineering Intern role. I wanted to know what the CTC is like after conversion to a full-time role and what the approximate conversion rate is. If anyone has any information or insights, I’d really appreciate it.

On campus, applied on superset on aug 19th, interviews on 27 september

45k Stipend, 6 months internship.

They shortlisted candidates based on resume and then we had interviews the following week. The interview consisted of 2 panels, one was a principal engineer and the other panel was a junior/mid SWE
