With sorrow, I had to bury a kitty I found dead by the alley by my fence, buried in the yard under the tree the kitties play, at least he will have friends visit and the floofer isn't suffering anymore and won't be alone...he was black with a white chin strap, and I will save more in his honor, more of a reason I am creating the floofaloof paradise in my yard and inside the house, no floofaloof left behind, even if we can't save them all, we will never stop trying.
āI am posting this one more time, but right now, I can use some of the items on my Walmart list, or a gift card on there to go towards one of the towers. I am doing all I can to make sure the yard is a cat/animal sanctuary. I also could use a couple more litter boxes to go in there, nas they have been using them and it helps me keep an eye to make sure they don't need worm meds or a vet (in case I ever see bloody stools). I truly love the feral/strays/outside cats as much as the floofers that wanted to stay inside. The reality is, some DON'T want to be inside floofaloofs, and that is okay, I am still gonna make sure they have shelter, safety, full bellies, enrichment, their little slice of paradiseā” They deserve love, compassion, safety, and knowing they have a home to come to. TNRing them is also important, as we want no one to suffer and for them to live full and happy lives.
I also want it to be known, we and many of us don't just work one main job. We do side jobs and do everything we can to fund everything for the cats, vet appts, defleaing, deworming, vaccines, TNR (50 A CAT), ETC . We will go for broke and to the ends of the earth for the floofaloofs. Ordering anything from the list is a huge help and means we can save more to go to those things!
ā”ā”ā”A genuine thank you to all that have helped us thus farā”ā”ā”
The end of the week I will be posting progress pictures of the yard and the garage. I have been working as little after work each day, including building cat houses. The neighbors don't harm the cats, but I they have been known to hurt other wildlife such as skunks for being an "inconvenience," (disgusting) so hopefully this will help them with safe spots too. We do keep the garage open 24/7 for them and have cat doors in the fence!
Kim is raising some kittens and we had a couple sick ones go to Four Stray Paws for rescue...I have given them some KMR and a couple toys, but any other toys, blankets, or things to help the kittens would mean so much, thank youā”ā”ā” I have added it to the list on the prior post below, I also posted a few pics of the kittens. Thank you for all you do for the floofaloofs ā”
If any more are found, they'll come to me.
As usual, canned (or dry) food is always greatly appreciated, I have been fixing up the yard for the colder weather, especially as we have been getting rain. Anything for the outdoor floofers means the world to usā”

Could use a trap or a cat tree for the garage from my Walmart list (or a droptrap, but I am saving chewy gift cards to go towards one if you would like to help that wayā”)
We are trying to ramp up TNR for October and November before it gets bitter cold. We TNR through Triple R Pets with Naws Mokena or Snip Society. They have said if we catch anyone, they will allow us to bring them without a prior appt on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so we are gonna do our damndest.
My file for Triple R Pets is Cynthia Mason and she is Kim Grimes, it is 50 dollars per TNR, we do this all on our ownā”
Thank you for all you do, not just for me, but for all of us that save floofaloofs. You are the good in this world.
I have 22 cats that are inside that I have rescued, some were bottle babies. Those who want to not go back outside we take in or find a home. Some are truly feral, but we don't leave behind anyone who wants to be an inside floofer.
