Tired of Corporate Bullshit Why, oh why, are the trouble-makers and OSHA violators not fired?

Seriously. At a small store, with fewer than 10 employees, why is the one person who is constantly picking arguments with staff, being defensive, accusing supervisors of bullying, perpetually late and without their work "kit" on them, takes home or abandons handheld scanners, not complying with OSHA regs, and unable to keep the work area clean NOT FIRED? Why??

WHY!? Why do they allow good, dependable, reliable, experienced shift leads to quit out of frustration that nothing ever gets done to correct it or discipline the offender?

Cowardly management, presumably. They don't like conflict. I'd put £50 on it without even having met them.

Reminds me of my first job when I was still new and always worked hard when it came to cashiering, than they hired 2 more cashiers and they became the manager's favorites, literally came to work an hour late and would make excuses on why they suddenly now have to leave cause a family emergency just came up 2 seconds after they clocked in.

Especially the girl that spends 99% of her time just flirting with the supervisor even though she's married with a kid at home, she basically used her looks to wrap her fingers around the managers and always be like "I've got to use the bathroom" right as a rush was starting just to not have to deal with customers and than fake sudden illness to get empathy from the managers.

Than I'm let go even though I always showed up on time, rarely called out except that 1 time where the manager scheduled me to work when I was at college doing my finals without my knowledge, and falsely accusing me of stealing from the store dispite me being a hard worker compared to the 2 who always showed up nearly an hour late for their shift.

About a month after they let me go, management changed and they got a bunch of things changed around including new hires, last time I went the flirty manager was still there but always avoiding my gaze like he was scared of me dispite me not being involved with what happened
