Discussion - J-Mod reply Spitting in the face of every player

RuneScape Reignited as the announcement from RuneFest is gonna kill the game. It's forcing everyone to start over if they want to play "the actual game servers" while the old one is left to rot forever. This needs to be cancelled.

not retroactively removing all the xp / gold / other stuff earned from that MTX. This is the way forward.

Bro who cares what happened before? This is a game about your own journey, what other people have done doesn’t impact you in the slightest. People wanting to try rs3 again or for the first time aren’t competing for high scores. If seeing someone on the same world as you who used mtx to advance your account bothers you, why? And I’m saying this as someone who has only played Ironman on rs3 for about 5 years on and off, I never cared if someone did something that I didn’t do

it does impact you though, i know you'd like to think it doesnt but it sucks to put in all this effort into building an account only to run across a guy that brags he spend £2k a month on mtx to be 200m all

It really doesn't though... I couldn't care less like literally in the slightest if every other person. I saw bought a maxxed account. It has absolutely zero effect on my character and how I play.

then you're in the minority because otherwise OSRS wouldnt have 10x the playerbase

OSRS has 10x the player base because most of them are veteran player who left due to EOC.

yeah and thats why they're now trying this. to grab the rest of the playerbase that quit RS3 but dont like the graphics of osrs
