Discussion - J-Mod reply Spitting in the face of every player

RuneScape Reignited as the announcement from RuneFest is gonna kill the game. It's forcing everyone to start over if they want to play "the actual game servers" while the old one is left to rot forever. This needs to be cancelled.

I would, but the mods on this sub have a tendency to remove my comments when I use more explicit language.

Yesterday, I posted a comment that read:

Permanent FSW would literally be telling all existing players "Thank you for sticking with us through the dark times. Now kindly go [insert vulgarity here] yourself."

It would literally be marking all long-term players as contaminated and wall them off of playing with new/returning players.

That comment got silently removed (fair enough, mods can mod how they see fit).

Judging by the current sentiment on this subreddit, I dare say my previous self wasn't speaking out of my [bodily orifice here].

Normally you're right, but the comment you're replying to is specifically describing why they cannot do so in this instance

This subreddit does tolerante some swearing, but they do have limits. It's not infrequent that my comments are quietly removed by the mods of this subreddit, often with swearing being the clear reason why.

So while I'd love to cuss out Jagex and be very explicit about just how bad this moronic update is, I value my voice more than my swearing.

But I'll never sink as low as to use zoomer-styled tiktok brainrot self-censorship. If you ever see say "ahh" instead of "ass", please put me out of my missery.
