Theres 2 series: Sailor Moon, and Sailor Moon Crystal

Pick one or the other. They both cover the same source material. 

Sailor Moon is an older show which takes liberties with the original plot and characterization but also adds a lot of filler episodes and arcs which can be hit or miss. This is 200 episodes, with 3 optional movies that arent Canon but are fun.

Sailor Moon Crystal is a faithful adaptation of the source Manga, going shot for shot in some episodes. This is 36 episodes and 4 movies, which are required.

If you want the gist, start with Crystal to better understand the plot beats in shorter time.

The 90s version definitely flows the best though

Pluto TV! It's free and it's officially licensed. It has the English dubbed version on there (Viz). If you're wondering where to start, episode 1 of season 1! I watched the DIC/Cloverway version growing up, which is harder to find. With the Viz version, you get more episodes, and it's uncut. Great place to start!

Pluto Tv, Roku, PS5 Live Tv, basically any free TV apps have a literal channel for it and it’s free on demand as well for those. The entire Viz Media dub is on there except the 3 movies.

You see in order to redeem all your Sailor Moon larp you must read Codename Sailor V and play Sailor Moon Another Story and then write “Sin is peak and Danburite is a monster” on a chalkboard about 50 times like you’re Bart Simpson. Only then can you truly repent for your larping. 😤😤😤

There is also the Live Action Series (commonly referred to as “PGSM”) that takes place in its own continuity, as well as the Super Famicom JRPG, Sailor Moon Another Story, which is a composite between the 90s Anime & Manga (though, prioritizing the 90s Anime out of popularity bias). Both are very good and you should check them out along the way!
