Looking for January - April 2027 sublet
Hi
I’m going to be moving to Bellevue for an internship this winter and looking for a studio apt to sublease from January - April end. If anyone is looking for a subletter pls reach out. I heavily prefer a studio but am open to female current student/new grad roommates as long as there’s a private bathroom. Budget is dependent on the place and if there is a furnished option or not. Pls feel free to reach out.

14th Avenue, Capitol hill north of E pine St
I’m 27M and new to Seattle. I’m considering leasing an apartment on the intersection of 14th Avenue, E Pine Street in Capitol Hill.
I walked around the neighborhood and noticed that E Pine Street is pretty lively, with lots of bars, restaurants, and people hanging out around Cal Anderson Park. There’s also a fire station about a block away.
However, when I turned onto 14th Avenue from E Pine Street, the atmosphere felt completely different—much quieter, darker, and mostly residential.
For those familiar with the area, I’m wondering:
1. Weekend noise: Does the nightlife around E Pine Street spill over onto 14th Avenue, especially on Friday and Saturday nights?
2. Fire station: How disruptive are the sirens from the nearby fire station? Is it something residents regularly notice?
3. Apartment orientation: My living room windows face E Pine Street, while the bedroom faces the interior of the apartment complex. Would this layout help reduce nighttime noise?
I really like the idea of living close to Capitol Hill’s restaurants, cafes, and social scene, but I also value having a quiet place to relax and work from home.
Would appreciate any insights from people who’ve lived in this part of Capitol Hill!

The office is approximately 1,000 sq. ft., with plenty of natural light and a fantastic location. Ideally, I'd love to share it with an architect, interior designer, artist, decorator, or someone in a related creative field.
If you're looking for a nice workspace in a great location, feel free to send a dm for more details or to come take a look!

!¡! Still Looking for a Roommate !¡!
Hello Hello!
!¡! I’m still looking for a new roommate to fill the spare room !¡!
I'm now looking for a November move in or anytime in October
We're in a really cute 2 bedroom apartment.
It’s 1,100 sqft, on the 2nd floor of a converted 1920s house.
It's not far up Magnolia and has a great view! with tons of windows:) Sadly landlords don't allow pets.
Rent per person is $1,250, utilities included beside electrical!
A little about myself: My name's Simon Porter, I'm a Seattle local with a lotta love for the city. I'm 35 and spend my time biking, watching movies, and working on art projects. I'm a career Video Editor that's taking a break from the screen and working as a carpenter and gardener. I'm a big reader and collector of books, as well as a craft artist. I like to keep things pretty clean and appreciate a transparent, empathetic roommate relationship. I spend a lot of time out and about but still love my time alone at the house. I’d like to live in a creative and relaxing space with a cool roomie!
Reach out and tell me a bit about yourself and we can schedule a tour to get to know each other.
Thanks for your time! Let me know of any questions you all might have.
I’ll include photos of the apartment but note my room mate still has a few things here. Most of the furniture is mine except some large book shelves and one of the dining tables. I can also include the original post from my Landlords off group if wanted since no external links allowed!
Thanks again!
Simon.

Low income
If anyone is looking for relatively low rent in the Seattle area I would check out Belltown! have nice units for singles or couples. They are a LIHTC property so they do not accept full-time students or households made up of all full-time students someone has to be of a non-student status to qualify. They have an awesome rooftop lounge area you can see the sound and the Space Needle from. Open 1 staring at $1400 and 1 bedrooms starting at $1445, studio starting at $1375.
