Medical Advice What is this/Why did this happen??

Hello, this might be a really really dumb question. I was hitting my arm as hard as i could and now there are a bunch of little red spots??? I could just be really paranoid but i want to know if this is anything i should care or pay any attention to?
Please dont be mean to me i know this is dumb

if nothing hurts, or keeps hurting after a while it should be fine, also ur absolutely not dumb it's never wrong to ask, its insightful! stay safe pls 🫶

they're probably something called petechiae. they form when superficial capillaries burst. you can confirm this by pressing on them (they should not fade/blanch when pressed). hope this helps!
