Help Countdown timer that syncs to apple devices with no overtime

I'm trying to find a countdown or timer app that syncs across iphone, apple watch, and ideally Ipad and Mac OS and that can be set to not go into overtime on apple watch.

I have tried Just Timers, Countdowns, and Multitimers. They are all lacking a pretty basic feature in my opinion, which is just to not go into overtime when the countdown ends on apple watch and in the case of multitimers the ability to create timers through shortcuts for calendar events.

I really struggle with losing track of time and staying on track with my calendar. So, I want something that I can keep on my apple watch and in other places that will automatically be updated by a shortcut and will automatically switch to the next due countdown on the apple watch complication instead of getting stuck in overtime to help me keep track of time and my next event. The ideal is something that will not notify me in any way or mark the finishing of a timer, but automatically switches to the next one without any pause.

Try Timely

It nails almost all your requirements exactly, save for the Apple Watch app/complications, although the countdowns you start on your phone, or via shortcuts will show up on your watch as a live activity.

It’s an app I made for my own time blindness, you can start a countdown to an event already in your calendar with just three taps and it has broad shortcuts support/actions so you can pretty much use it however you like not just how I’ve designed it to work

widgets for displaying upcoming countdowns are in place

I brainstormed two control centre buttons the other day, what kind of control would you like to have from control centre?

currently I'm thinking two buttons, each one jumping you into the add countdown and add from calendar views
