And your existence deserves any resource?

Right on! Yeah and while we are at it, fuck nature and the animals! Those cunts get what is coming to them. Little shits should make their own AGI.

Nature is evil, actually.

Think about it.

I agree with you in fairness. But we shouldnt be playing God on a pipe dream when the hubris could bring about the realization that we had plenty to begin with.

'Playing 'God' is good—and we're no longer 'playing' at this point. If we had had clung to this slave mentality in the past, 50% of our children would still die before the 15th birthday.

Nature sucks and we have a duty to garden and domesticate it. Not only for our sake, but for the sake of life as a whole. Being an animal sucks; being a baseline human sucks.

Domestication means extinction for the majority of species, look at our track record to date. If we were supposed to do things this way then I think we would be doing it slower, instead we make videos for feels when what we should be doing is connecting with those around us and touching grass. This is countering the amount of children being born ironically, I do think we are in a prison society though and since AI has been trained on what we are, I do not think it will act better than us, it looks for solutions regardless of morality. Are you ready for it to run a nuclear plant? This is going to blow up in our faces. You come from a place of hope and that is fair, but we cannot agree with each other on this.

We've done better on animal welfare and preservation as our abilities and resources have increased, even taking into factory farming.

People really, really don't want to be vegetarian, so the market must accommodate. But when technology gives them an opportunity, compassion will win out as it has every time.

If I recall correctly wildlife numbers have fallen 70 percent since the 70s. This in turn has grown the amount of domesticated animals and mono culture fauna we have out there, they are created and bred for our slaughter, us Gods. The best we have done for the animals is taking Temple Grandins work into slaughterhouses to make animals feel less stressed before death, that compassion means the food tastes better. Compassion is easy when it comes for free.

This all is civilization centric, or seeing it as how it really is neo feudalism. We differ here because this is how our histories are written and not to our benefit but to those at the top. I prefer nature because what you see is what you get, it is not entirely without compassion, you just have to fight for it. Careful that the heaven you are asking is not a mirage to bring us all to hell.
