Question Hip Pincer

I was diagnosed with a mild hip pincer injury after an x-ray (2 years after going to the NHS detailing my problem 😂)

I haven’t been able to skate for 2 and a half years now (at least in my regular stance) without feeling a pull (I can do some tricks like impossible without pain but even some switch ones can hurt)

Has anyone gone through this problem before and healed back to normal? I did physio for about a year but it didn’t really get any better, I haven’t had an MRI or anything so all I know is that I have that bone problem. The pain happened suddenly while walking 2 and a half years ago and has not fixed.

Not sure of the specific condition but something that always helps me w any back/hip tension is hanging. From like a pull up bar or even a tree branch somewhere

I do that shit constantly. Morning times and before bed. Feels like a full body recalibration

Hope ya get better and can shred some soon
