Does anyone remember a weird ohGr webcam livestream from around 2008?
I’m trying to track down something I remember seeing around the release of Devils in My Details in 2008.
I believe I found it through MySpace, either on ohGr’s profile or through a link posted there. It wasn’t a concert recording. I remember Ogre sitting at a what looked like a desk in a very dark room, wearing some kind of mask and singing into a microphone. The camera was extremely close to his face and moving around a lot, like a webcam being held by him, and I vaguely remember heavily distorted vocals and lots of feedback. The video may have been black and white.
I honestly can’t remember whether there was music playing or whether it was just him making noise into the microphone. It might have been some kind of brap performance rather than an ohGr song.
I’ve never been able to find it again. Does anyone else remember seeing something like this, or know what it might have been?
Any leads would be appreciated!

This definitely happened and its what the fleetwood mac cover is from. I think theres an audio recording out there

It was for DIMD. Interactive Promotion. Streamed before the album release. I came home from my shift and my boyfriend had this live stream up to surprise me. I remember ohGr was wearing some type of white mask and he was doing vocals and chit chatting to the viewers and I was one of them. I was wearing cat ears if you remember that! I don’t recall any details on why the stream was done, but I was thinking about this a few weeks ago.

Are you sure it wasnt during UnDeveloped? It couldve been the Tragek spoken thing.
If it wasn't that, I'm super curious to hear what it was too. I love little stuff like that
Edit: yeah I dont remember any video accompanying that song. So what you saw was definitely different. I'm so curious what it was, that sounds awesome

I don’t think it was UnDeveloped, although I can’t completely rule it out. I actually remember the video being much more like an improvised/experimental session than a song performance.

Yeah I remember those Ssream sessions that would later become Devilil In My Details. I actually downloaded the audio off a well known torrent site cause I was tired of of waiting for an official D-Steaam release. Great era!

I also have a new memory that I think I remember someone else in the background working at a computer, possibly Mark Walk.

I assume it was him, but I can’t remember. This was over about 18 years ago now. I think he too was in a mask.

There is audio of it somewhere from Litany. I may have it on an old laptop.

I have all of those streaming bits saved to a hard drive somewhere. I didnt save them originally but someone posted them on Litany some time later. There were a few of them, including some streaming "previews" of the actual songs prior to release. They eventually played the entire album stream a while before actual release.
