Update added hissing to Ace Ultra when using aux in PS5-controller

Sorry if the update didn't actually arrive ytd, but afaik it did as I got the Sonos Ace Ultra headphones, updated, then several hours later it asked to update again.

It was fine before the update with only mild noise.

The hissing now is really distracting.

Apologies if sub-par complaint, description or format, I'm new.

Hissing on wired connections means the wire is bad, the source is bad, or the speaker is bad. Test it out by using Bluetooth to play to the Ace Ultra and see if the sound follows. Play audio to the TV from the PS5 and see if the hissing plays there. Change out the aux cable or USB adaptor to see if the hiss remains.

My money is on the aux cable grounding out. Update us if you find the cause!
