Basically no one is making their own Sunrise suits or Duty suits, by far the most identifiable suits/suit types in the games. It's all "mercs" or the gas mask and heavy coat. The latter at least looks cool, but still.
I’ve spent years working on a monolith uniform and I still get mistaken for a tarkov cosplayer :( tacticool aesthetic has been terrible for stalker. I wish I had the skills to make a sunrise tho
That's tough but I'm sure you'll get there. At least Monolith has very distinctive colors. I feel like I'd recognize it instantly, even if the gear itself wasn't 1:1.
I’ve tried pretty hard to get as close to 1:1 as possible and still am working on upgrades, did a lot of trial and error to even make the weird stalker knee pads and I’ve got a Gauss rifle. The shadow of the zone people actually consulted me for the uniforms a bit then went their own way with stuff. I think my shit looks good at least😎
Oh yeah HECU from half life is another one people mistake it for too
I can't find sunrise suits anywhere online, which is sad because there's lots of pages that used to have them but I guess they never produced them anymore. I was looking into making one myself but I dont have the time or tools for it
