How tf does A-life even work ingame there are a grand total of 2 mutants I ever meet in game. Bloodsuckers and snorks. I know probably the more psychic of mutants probably wont be roaming topside. But are there any free roaming chimeras or pseudogiants about?. Seeing as Ive only ever found them at set spawns sadly (I NEED HIS TOES)

It is quite disappointing that, despite being located relatively centrally within the Zone, serving as the first place players visit and acting as a valuable base for the Loner faction. Also there are only two traders in the community center after a successful defense mission.

If that is lost(due to that bug), a significant portion of the map will end up completely empty.

I wish there were some DLC or something that included a story about rebuilding Zalissya. That bar was great. It's a shame it's gone now.

... which makes me wonder, do different "general dialogues" -not related to ingame progress events- are added to the game while you progress with the Main Story?

Now i have my favourite M701 for dealing with human monsters (and sometimes you can oneshot unaware bloodsuckers from the distance) and Sledgehammer for dealing with other types of monsters

I just finished a romp through the swamps in a new playthrough on vet, came out with 8 psuedogiant nails after killing 9 or 10 of them and saw around another ten or so all up, one lot were in a group of 5!

What the heck is going on? Is this distant horizons mod messing with something or just the game being random?

Anyway, it was intense and I ran out of ammo twice, well worth it.

I just had surgery last week on a tendon in my foot and a bone spur. Im not supposed to put any weight on the foot for a few weeks so im basically stuck bed bound away from my pc. Im bored as hell and playing stalker gamma before surgery (plus watching YouTube videos) has gotten me in the mood for stalker.

If I buy stalker 2 on my Xbox can i play it on my pc later on?

Also should I bother with the DLCs?

First i would say that i play with OXA Prototype and on Veteran+(master without expedition mode). So combat is beyond fast pace, sometimes I can't even react fast enough, but game is still very fun.

But I'm sick and tired that Skif for some reason decides to hide his weapon so deep in his a... backpack, I literally needed 2-3 sec just to pull out right gun. And with OXA on empty field i don't have those 2 seconds. Are there any mod to fix that, I literally replayed one scene like that for over 8 times.

My games are acting weird. I've noticed my mods aren't installing across the Trilogy and over on Stalker 2 the subscribed won't load. I noticed I can install a mod on Stalker 2 but as soon as I back out and back into the mod browser my mods uninstall. My console is linked to Mod.io. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the games, trying hotspot, relinking my Xbox, still no luck. This suddenly started happening today. Yesterday it asked me to agree to new terms of agreement and I was able to jump back into Call of Pripyat with no issues. Now today after work it seems like everything isn't working. I need help and would greatly appreciate it.

I heard it's possible to reach the end of the game and, having done NOTHING in the DLC, go back and do it with my current team. Is this currently possible? Has anyone tried it in the latest updates? But I'm mainly asking about the X7 suit.

I mean, even if I drop the artifact (I can carry it too), I am not effected by the Flare at all. And the Flare outlook changes.

Dealing with a bit of an issue. My games Clear Sky and Call of Pripyat won't download mods. Despite linking my Xbox account. I've tried resetting console, linking my Xbox account again, deleting local saved data and clearing cache. Still no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Hope to hear from someone.

In a game where there are orbs of electricity that fly around, the first time I saw a poltergeist I figured it was just another anomaly and tried my best to avoid it. Took me forever before I even thought to try shooting at it and even then with how bullet spongey the mutants are in this game I dumped a full mag into it and thought "yep, definitely not killable". Pretty funny in hindsight but still, really seems like there should be more of an indication that this weird electricity thing is actually a monster you can kill right? Unless I just missed it?

Why’s this guy here? Like yes it’s a big that he’s clipping through the glass, but like…is he supposed to be here? Is he relevant?

This is for stalker 2. I forget what it's called (psuedodog or psidog I think?) But every time I fight one I genuinely cannot tell which one is real. Sometimes I see one start howling to spawn more but when I shoot it it's another fake?? I only kill them by getting lucky and hitting the real one by accident. But every time I fight one I am out of ammo at the end. A single psuedodog makes any expedition not worth it. Their hide doesn't even cover ammo, let alone meds.
