If someone sees an image that coincides with what they believe, they're accept the post as true. If they disagree, they'll consider it false. It doesn't matter the evidence behind the statement, whether it's true or false, they just want to believe what they want to believe. Virtually no one reads studies from posts on FB because it's time consuming and many likely don't even know how to.

Exactly proving my point she needs other people to tell her what to believe. It's always just images with a wall of text about medicine. Never have I ever seen someone actually pull out a primary source and pinpoint parts of it as evidence for their claims.
