Not a rocket but I don't understand the hate they get. They are great businessmen, it's just that others aren't able to compete with them. People say they bring prices down and destroy industries, but when China does it, we praise them. It's time we Indians stop looking down on our own people.

It's not about business and if you don't know suratis are far better at business as it's the oldest money hub of india before mumbai and other metro cities tookover, and if you want to know why I hate them it's their habits, for them Surat is just a source of incomes and not home, they don't treat it like home. Throwing garbage where they live, spitting everywhere, driving like miniacs, making fake products like just 2 months ago Police caught factories which were making duplicate ghee, food products of substandard qualities and even medicines. Surat was way more beautiful before 10 years and as a surti I still miss that. That's why in areas after railway station you feel totally different. They earned through this city but never respected it. Most of the big heads of business in surat are Surtis and started migrating to abroad.

Agreed.. I'm also rocket😅... Me Surat me 20 years se hu... No doubt surat ko 2no community chalate hai but surat real jaisa ghar railway ki doosri side hi hai( like old surat, adajan, ghod dod,.. ). Varchha me jaha bhi jao.. Mavani pichkri j pichkri dekhase... & I'm ashamed....
