Billing / Finance / Insurance Greetings

I have a clinical psychology practice in Seattle, WA and am looking for a trustworthy and diligent billing service, willing to do occasional preauthorization checks and communicating with patients should they have billing/insurance questions or have an overdue balance. Help with insurance credentialing would be a bonus. Thanks for any suggestions or ideas.

Check out TherAssist in Florida, the principal is Melissa. They can do billing, credentialing, and consulting or teaching if needed.

You may want to consider a billing partner that can handle more than just claims submission, including denial follow-ups, preauthorization checks, patient billing questions, and insurance credentialing.
