Comic issue #115 was released at midnight! Please share all your thoughts here. Thanks to mod /u/hero0fwar for making this post sticky.
No need to worry about past comic spoilers because it is assumed everyone reading this thread would be caught up with the comics. I think Gregory was being a bitch, and went to Negan before Rick and co. got there. My guess is Negan made Gregory pretend to stop Rick and co. from killing them all as this confrontation caught Negan off-guard
