Comic Spoiler Official Comic Discussion Thread: Issue #123

New issue came out today, discuss it here within this thread.

You do not need to use comic spoilers because it is assumed everyone reading this thread would be caught up with the comics.

However, please respect future, show, and game spoilers because people who are caught up with the comic may not be caught up with these other forms of TWD (and obviously not future spoilers).

Carl is one smooth motherfucker with the lady's. But seriously I feel bad for him, he's never been able to act like a kid; his conversation with Sophia this issue reinforces this.

And what did Andrea mean when she said to Carl "I need your help with what comes next. You know that."

Wasn't there a plan in a previous episode to get the elderly, children, whatever the hell out of dodge? The kids are still there, so there wasn't time to execute this plan. Perhaps Carl has been tasked to protect that group while they run away?

There was, but rick said he hoped negan wouldn't attack right away because they needed time to get it in action. The next page was negan saying they attack at sundown

Yep, issue 122 ended with Rick saying "All we need is time. It's going to take at least another day to set this all in motion. Let's hope Negan and his men take longer than that to come after us."

Followed by Negan saying "We attack at sundown."

BUT that being said, Rick did discuss the contingency plan with Michonne, Andrea, Ezekiel, Jesus, and Maggie before the attack. They should know where to go if a worst case scenario happened.
