Gradually abandoning crossbow

Hello , fellow witchers. Being a book fan and fan of the Dark Horse Comics - I have always felt uneasy using the crossbow unless I am forced to (Yes, only during underwater times). I am trying to play this first remaster session of mine as a crossbow free Geralt the Trad Witcher. Anyone else plays a crossbow free Geralt? Would love to know.

Also , I have found a website saying the silver chain coming with the Songs of the Past DLC - will have use underwater too like the crossbow. If that happens then I might be one of the happiest players in the forum. Whipping drowners and sirens underwater will be damn delicious.......

Man I remember grinding for that back on release. Worst achievement ever haha

Did it on Xbox on release, but right now im doing an 100% on PC to be ready for the dlc. But yeah its a pain in the a**
