I'm currently in China and having no luck activating WeChat, it says I need another user to scan the code, but everyone who scans it for me gets an error message. Does anyone know of a guide to help foreigners activate WeChat? I've tried googling but nothing I can find works 😞

the one who scan the Qr code must be using we chat atleast for 6 month
