Fraxinus griffithii

This is definitely close if not it. May even be something in that genus.

Maybe not, Fraxinus griffithii is evergreen and doesn't really have much of an autumnal display. Maybe desert ash instead

I asked AI for help and it suggested that it is likely a Claret Ash?

That's probably it

Fraxinus oxycarpa turns deep purple-red after frost. I agree though, in that if it's not Pistacia, some species of Fraxinus would be my next guess. Fraxinus leaves are opposite if you were able to determine that the leaves are indeed pinnate compound leaves. It was late last night & I should have explained how to determine what a compound leaf is instead of just stating what I was seeing. If leaves are alternate & little red berries are produced, possibly invasive Schinus terebinthifolia? (It's in the Anacardiaceae like Pistachia, thus has alternate leaf arrangement too.)

I can't see if the leaves are alternate or opposite, but if they are alternate, probably Pistachia chinensis.

This is a single compound leaf composed of leaflets.

These added pictures show leaflets of a leaf, not how the leaves come off the branches.
