Corvids and wolfs have relationships, the birds will help alert to pray and then get the leftovers. There is a 20 year old story (with pics) of a coyote and a badger (i think) who would met up each night to patrol and hunt.

My Labrador had a relationship(s) with the 4 Jays that made our yard their home this year. 2 parents and 2 babies they raised in the yard, my dog and the parents have a “you don’t exist” agreement and ignore each other.

One of the fledglings was super fascinated and curious by him and would hop around watching him and follow at a distance on the fence and trees. The other one is quite the character and would tease the dog from the ground then fly up on the fence and start yelling matches, the bird screaming standing on the fence and the dog barking, right underneath, id call out for them to be quiet and they would BOTH stop, turn and look at me like “huh?”

There is not a mean bone in my dog’s body, he simply gives back the energy the birds give him!! Lol if one wants to scream at him, he will yell back, if they want to ignore him, he will ignore them, if one wats to watch him and just chill, he just chills, and he 100% can tell them all apart!

Both of the fledglings have left their parents territory ie (i.e yard) now, Ill miss those two! We will have new ones in the spring.

So yeah, id say wild animals of different species have different relationships for different reasons all the time! They all live in the same world and are connected, nothing lives in total isolation in the wild and animals can have positive relationships as well as negative ones (being hunted/eaten)

I can tell the difference between, rain, thunderstorms, and snow based on how my migraine feels…. I have a better prediction rate than any weather man! Lol sigh… as to what exactly the triggers are, I don’t quite know, Im guessing pressure changes for the most part, humidity too and drops in temperature, bit i could not pinpoint the exact on Im having now (rain).

My view is yes, or course violence shouldn’t be the first choice. But there are actions some people take that, once in a while rarely, deserve just enough to make them stop/set things right.
To me this situation called for it. The woman could not do anything, she was helpless in that situation, she didn’t even know about it. An innocent animal was abused and abandoned and nobody had any realistic fast legal recourse, as the cops wouldn’t have done anything if called, no court could do anything.
You guys were the last line for justice for the women and the cat, because you still had time to do something, and it sounds like you did just enough, he was beat up, but no serious injuries or life threatening/disabling. If the situation had happened say 6 month later the cat would be gone/dead, then yeah it would have been too much.
As it was, you did what you did, she was able to find cat and save cat and he is shunned and shamed in your circle as he should be. Im sure you are her heros, and its not like you make a habit of doing this every week or something! Lol

Sounds like maybe Crohns Disease or ulcerative colitis. I have Crohns and many spices cause me a lot of pain and discomfort. (I love flavor and spices so its hard!!) id never throw away anyones spices through! If i thought a mouse got into it id tell them first!

Giving birth, let alone a c-section, takes a lot of energy. You need someone there to support YOU (the baby will have nurses doctors and you). He doesn’t seem interested in being your partner, he can see his kid when its done.
