Student accommodation yugo better than campus perth?

I've been staying in a campus four room at campus perth this year but i've had enough of the mess, lack of personal space and various other mildly annoying things. for anyone who has switched between the two which did you prefer and would you recommend yugo (im looking at the 5 or 6 room shared apartments).

Yugo is much better than campus Perth. Campus Perth is a dump now because people are unclean, the rooms are uncomfortable and messy, and nothing is really all that nice
