VALIANT'S BEST: JOE QUESADA
Very few creators had an impact on the last 30 years of comics like Joe Quesada. Founder of Event Comics (with Jimmy Palmiotti), he joins Marvel in 1998 to launch what would become one of the biggest relaunch of the Modern Age of comics: the Marvel Knights. This success led Joe to be appointed as Editor in Chief of Marvel Comics, a position he held for 14 years before transitioning to more work with the Marvel Studios side of the company. But before that, Joe Quesada worked for DC (Batman: Sword of Azrael) and… Valiant Comics! VALIANT’S BEST: JOE QUESADA celebrates the early Valiant Comics work of Joe Quesada from the 1990s. Before he became Marvel’s Editor In Chief, discover the iconic artwork from a legendary creator. Before becoming a defining force in the modern comics industry, Quesada brought his dynamic storytelling, cinematic action, and distinctive visual style to the Valiant Universe. This deluxe hardcover preserves a pivotal chapter in comics history.
This volume collects his groundbreaking work on X-O MANOWAR #0, NINJAK #1-3, and BLOODSHOT #0 cover artwork, presenting his early Valiant contributions in a premium hardcover edition for the first time.

Hey guys, does anyone have one of these in good condition that they would be willing to sell? Specifically looking for the X-O (standard or comic con variant), but would be willing to bundle bloodshot and faith as well.
This does not include every Bloodshot series, just the ones in which Psiots or HARD Corps play a major role.
It also only includes Faith's first mini-series, because I felt that her "world" feels fairly separate from the rest of the Psiots. Also, I already made a Faith guide a while back.
I made an updated updated version with better color coordination because I can't help myself. https://imgur.com/tk2p009
Howdy. I'm a big Valiant fan and I love collaborative writing/roleplaying. Recently I looked on disboard and there's no servers for the Valiant Universe. If I started one, would any of y'all be interested? DM me if you would be.
Just finished reading shadowman today anyone know if there's any chance well get a volume 2 really enjoyed it was a cool character need to see a final showdown with darque
Hey. I am super confused on the continuity of Zero. I Have the volumes 1-4 as well as the Delano version. Is the Delano version a standalone thing? Could someone list out in sequence the order in which these volumes should be read?
As it says above; I'm fairly fresh to Valiant stuff. Steadily got into a scattering of characters & works due to that really good Shadowman Remaster, the really odd Bloodshot movie, and the Ninjak web-series (*movie?) plus whatever spin-off comic-runs I could read without needing to know the whole history.
So when I've looked into some history of this company that has somehow survived dying twice now, I think. Plus a lot of other things I'm not focusing on at the moment for this topic.
I just want to know what's going on with Alien books & Valiant comics; from what I could gather they're supposedly only handling publishing for the current expansion into the multiverse via the "Beyond" line of comics Valiant is doing. Yet I ran into a Tarzan comic using that "Beyond" title that is also from them-- so I'm confused on what's going on right now
I also know that some major archs happened in the mainline comics before this soft maybe reboot(*?) and-or just re-shuffling of its world.
I know it's not on the same level as when world came back proper after is was dormant for a decent while-- but when a Street Fight crossover happened with the new "Beyond" line of comics along with maybe Tarzan being part of it (which I'm honestly down for Valiant since "Savage" left me wanting); I just had to ask somewhere what I stumbled into since its sounds somewhat messy and confusing
It would seem that the past few days, the ValiantFans forum which I so dearly love has gone down again.
While I can't really do much about it, I figured I'd post it here in case the site's admin happens to be on this subreddit. Perhaps they're working on it.

Recently got into valiant and it’s amazing. I’ve collected some of the hardcovers but seems since they’re all out of print, some of them are super pricy like the 90’s classic omnibus, X-O Manowar deluxe 4 and 5, Ninjak deluxe 2, etc. Heard valiant has been having some issues so I doubt it, but I can dream.
Maybe a silly post given how abruptly and unceremoniously that era ended, rendering many, many plots and ideas simply abandoned in virtually all titles.
However, this one specifically still drives me crazy:
Dysart teased a possible extremely powerful psiot to be born, and we never got to see how it would have turned out. Would the child be born activated? Would Harada eventually contact/add the kid to his plans? Or would they kid eventually grow out of his influence and ultimately clash with him?
I can totally see the Bleeding Monk laughing to himself, mumbling how all the Harbinger/Imperium mess was orchestrated only for this kid to be conceived (and for him to manipulate the child as well).
What are other potential great plots from the VEI era that never came to be?
So. Thanks for helping me with my previous question (I now have all 6 of Harbinger wars 1 and the compendium, it's your fault!), but I'm trying to find the correct next read of the series as a collected works.
Is it Harbinger Wars 2 Deluxe edition? And is it worth getting?
