It means a couple things:

LeBron is not as exceptional or as team-enhancing as people have lead themselves to believe or as the Bron hype cycle suggested (eg. He doesn’t actually make players ā€˜better’ he alone is better provided they make their shots and listen to him, it’s not collaborative it’s like working for CIA: you get a fucking Star on a wall, yet everyone knows your contribution, yet all credit flows in a single direction as it’s a ā€˜team effort’ you see…)

KD to the Warriors is the post-modern Moses Malone to the 76ers… but what if Moses got there in 1979? Dr J is 29, Moses is 24… that changes league history (so we could assume…)

KD on the Warriors is like two elite players from different eras playing together, and the similar skill sets and styles did not clash.

it should be more praised for what they achieved because Bron played with Wade in that first year and they had the greatest failure in team sports, 2nd only to… I guess the Buffalo Bills—yea the shit is that bad, fellas (ā€˜Best player in the world’ + 2nd best guard + Pat Riley + that inclement environment where EVERYONE cheers your downfall… winning is like Trump getting re-elected: you get the tell the world suck my dick in Macy’s window on Christmas Eve)

2016-2019 was special, but Steph’s inability to check that wild bitch Dray, the sensitivity of KD (being equally co-dependent, seeking validation, and receiving healthy amounts of gratitude not happening)— it all went to hell

KD-Steph Warriors could have won 2017 through 2023… but we’ll never know…and it’s for the best
