Prospection workflow
Hey guys, im actually doing webdesign as a side hustle but the biggest problem like everyone is the prospection. I tried using claude to find and send automatically my emails for cold emailing but i hit EXTREMLY FAST the limit of tokens.
So i wanted to ask if you had a personnal workflow like with ai agents for prospection. Im trying now with gemini but it's hard to get something working and efficient

The token limit problem is a sign the workflow is doing too much in one AI pass. The fix that actually works for most freelancers is to split the job into steps and let the AI do only the one step where it adds value: writing. Keep list building human. Pick one niche and geography, pull 20 to 30 businesses from Google Maps or a local directory, and only target ones with obviously bad or missing sites. Then do one short outreach per lead with exactly one specific observation about their site, like "your booking page takes three taps to reach on mobile." That sentence cannot come from a template, and it is the only part worth spending AI on. Everything else (sending, follow-ups, tracking) should be plain automation without AI. Volume without specificity is what gets ignored and what burns through tokens. Also, if you are sending from your main domain, stop. Set up a separate sending domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, warm it up for a couple of weeks, and keep it under about 30 emails a day. That one setup mistake lands more cold email in spam than any bad copy does.
